Alafiia Nathang Velley Homestay

These traditional yak herders, originally from Tibet, lived in this fertile valley at a height of 13,500 feet. Only a few streams pass the valley, and prayer flags wave around the mountain edges of this vast plain. Throughout the year, Nathang Valley appears in a variety of hues. It appears stunning when the grass is gone, is engulfed in blooms during the stormy season, ... and is covered in five feet of snow during the winter. Here, there are cool wind waves sweeping in all directions. This settlement is a part of the Old Silk Road, which linked China and India.
