Alafiia Exclusive Franchises

The Property Partner agrees not to provide property services on any third-party online platform or website for a continuous period of 5 years from the Effective Date, or any renewal thereof. This is known as the Exclusive Term.

Alaffia operates on a Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO) model. Under this model, the franchise owner owns or leases a property and manages on-ground operations. Alaffia provides support in property setup, design, staff hiring, sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Alaffia offers a small or large-scale business opportunity with an average payback period of 8 to 14 months
