Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are like: -
The following fees apply to Stay & Food package cancellations. The cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total billing amount of the trip.
- ✓ 15% of the Total Billing Amount as a Cancellation Fee: If cancelled 15 days before.
- ✓ 20% of the Total Billing Amount as a Cancellation Fee: If cancelled 8–14 days.
- ✓ 25% of the Total Billing Amount as a Cancellation Fee: If cancelled 4–7 days.
- ✓ No Refund: If cancelled 0–3 days.
Rescheduling Policy
If the booking permits rescheduling, it will be processed following the specified terms:
- ✓ 0 days before the trip: 100% of the booking amount will be charged (no adjustment or refund).
- ✓ 1 – 15 days before the trip: 25% of the total billing amount will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
- ✓ 16 days or more before the trip: 15% of the total billing amount will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
For example:
If your total billing amount is ₹10,000 and your rescheduling request is made 15 days before the trip, a rescheduling fee of ₹2,500 (25%) will apply. The remaining ₹7,500 will be adjusted toward the billing amount of your rescheduled trip.
Please note: Rescheduling requests cannot be made via phone or email. All such requests must be initiated through the designated booking platform(WhatsApp / Website).
Refund Policy
- ✓ No Refund for any event-based or discounted bookings.
- ✓ No Refund if less than 50% of the trip amount was paid.
- ✓ No Refund for cancellations made 0-3 days before the trip.
- ✓ Partial Refund (after deduction): For cancellations 4 days or above.
Terms & Conditions
✓ All guests must carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
✓ Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per operation schedules.
✓ Standard check-in time is 12 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.
✓ If group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Alafiia Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
✓ Do not smoke inside the tent.

✓ Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay or trip.

✓ We follow a self-help policy and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
✓ Alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises as per the property's discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol consumption is not allowed in dorm rooms and common areas. However, it can be consumed in private rooms.
✓ Children below 18 are only permitted with guardians.
✓ We only accept a government ID as valid identification
✓ You will be charged for any damage or harm to the property caused by you or by your guests.

✓ RETURN BETWEEN 6 PM AND CONSULT WITH CAMP MANAGER: All are requested to return to camp by 6 pm and If there is no activity (Like a night walk) from us, please do not go outside the camp premises and consult with the camp manager to avoid any uncertainty.
