  • Nearest Airport: Bagdogra Airport (IXB) (~75 km, 3–4 hours drive).
  • How to Reach Tinchuley from Bagdogra:
    • Hire a private taxi from the airport.
    • Take a shared cab to Darjeeling, then another cab to Tinchuley.

2. By Train (Nearest Railway Station - New Jalpaiguri & Darjeeling Station)

  • Nearest Major Railway Station: New Jalpaiguri (NJP) (~70 km, 3 hours drive).
  • Darjeeling Himalayan Railway:
    • You can also take the Toy Train from NJP to Darjeeling and then hire a cab.
  • How to Reach Tinchuley from NJP:
    • Hire a private taxi or take a shared jeep from NJP to Darjeeling, then another cab to Tinchuley.

If you want to cancel your booking due to any Natural Disaster or COVID-19 or Due to harsh weather conditions, homestays & camps located in remote regions have to make preparations for your stay much in advance. The booking amount is 100% refundable if a cancellation is made 15 days prior to the Commencement or Check-In date. ✓ Standard check-in time is 12 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

✓ If group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Alafiia Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
