1. By Air

The nearest airport to Maneydara, Rimbick is Bagdogra Airport (IXB), which is about 130 km away.

  • From Bagdogra Airport to Maneydara:
    • Hire a private cab (takes about 5-6 hours).
    • Take a shared cab to Darjeeling or Manebhanjan and then another cab to Rimbick.
    • Some tour operators offer pre-arranged pickups from the airport.

2. By Train

The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), located around 125 km from Maneydara.

  • From NJP to Maneydara:
    • Hire a private taxi (5-6 hours drive).
    • Take a shared jeep to Darjeeling/Manebhanjan, then another to Rimbick.
    • You can also take a train to Darjeeling via the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (Toy Train) and continue by road.

3. By Bus

  • Siliguri to Rimbick:
    • There are direct buses from Siliguri to Rimbick that take about 7-8 hours.
    • Buses are available from the Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand in Siliguri.
  • Darjeeling to Rimbick:
    • Take a shared jeep or bus from Darjeeling to Rimbick (approx. 4-5 hours).

4. By Private Car

  • A private car or taxi is the most comfortable option.
  • You can hire a car from Bagdogra, NJP, Siliguri, or Darjeeling.
  • The road route is:
    • Siliguri → Mirik → Sukhiapokhri → Manebhanjan → Dhotrey → Rimbick → Maneydara
    • Siliguri → Kurseong → Darjeeling → Manebhanjan → Rimbick → Maneydara
  • The roads are steep and winding, so an SUV or 4WD is recommended.

5. By Bike

  • The scenic mountain roads make this a great trip for bikers.
  • Popular Route: Siliguri → Mirik → Manebhanjan → Rimbick → Maneydara.
  • Best Time for Biking: March to June & September to December.
  • Ensure your bike is in good condition for the uphill terrain.

The booking amount is 100% refundable if a cancellation is made 15 days prior to the Commencement or Check-In date. ✓ Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per operation schedules.

✓ Standard check-in time is 12 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

✓ If group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Alafiia Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
