Mukutmanipur Dam is the primary source of water for Tarafeni River. A stunning mountain settlement is Lalajal. Belapaharira prehistoric cavemen are present in the village, along with artefacts. Here, the spring water has a faint crimson tint. It tastes good when water and copper and iron are together. Locals claim that the name of the village, lalajala, refers to the red hue of the water. A prehistoric caveman can be found in Deopahare, west of the village. the mountain range's southernmost region, Sinlahara. In Raniphara's north is the village. There is still evidence of old civilization in Abahelitai.
