  • Bagdogra Airport (IXB) to Chuikhim (Approx. 80 km):
    From Bagdogra, hire a private taxi or a shared cab to reach Chuikhim. The journey takes approximately 3-4 hours, depending on road conditions.
  • Available Transport from Bagdogra:
    • Private Taxi: Easily available at the airport.
    • Shared Jeep or Cab: Available from Siliguri (about 15 km from Bagdogra) but may not drop you directly in Chuikhim. You may have to change at Kalimpong or Lava.

2. By Train

The nearest railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), which is well-connected to major cities in India, such as Kolkata, Delhi, and Guwahati. After arriving at NJP, you will need to travel by road to reach Chuikhim.

  • New Jalpaiguri (NJP) to Chuikhim (Approx. 75 km):

✓ Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per operation schedules.

✓ Standard check-in time is 12 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

✓ If group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Alafiia Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
