Your days at a glance

Pickup from NJP & on the Way explore some sightseeing as per your train or bus timing, like Ahaldara Viewpoint, Namthing Pokhri Lake, Sittong. Check in to Alafiia Mamring stay & have your lunch. In the afternoon, explore the village by walking. Dinner & overnight stay at Mamring.

Early morning, before breakfast, go for the Lepcha waterfalls by hike.  After breakfast, depart for Lamahatta Sherpa Gaon, stay by exploring some sightseeing like Mongpu Rabindra Museum, Lamahatta Park, and Gumbadara Viewpoint. Check in to Alafiia Lamahatta, have lunch and Dinner & overnight stay at Alafiia Stay.

After breakfast, check out from Lamahatta stay & depart for Lepchajagat by exploring some sightseeing like Dawaipani Viewpoint, Ghoom Monastery, lepchajagat Pine view . Check in to Alafiia Lepchajagat Stay, have lunch. Dinner & overnight stay at Lepchajagat.

After early breakfast, depart for Darjeeling & on the way explore sightseeing like Batasia Loop, Dali Monastery, Darjeeling Zoo, Rock Garden, Peace Pagoda, Japanese temple & test local food at lunch during sightseeing(Lunch Excluded From package), then again start sightseeing Observatory Hill View Point, Tenzing Rock (Sightseening spots here are randomly driver will visit you one by one) Etc. Check in at Darjeeling Stay. After check-in, visit Darjeeling Mall(Mall pickup and drop  by car Excluded). Get back to the Darjeeling stay. Dinner & Overnight stay at Alafiia Darjeeling Homestay.

After early breakfast, depart for NJP via kurseong (4-5hrs) Or Mirik (6-7hrs journey) & explore some on the way sightseening as per your train or bus timing or road condition, like- Mirik Lake, Sonada monastery, Pashupati Market, Tea Gardens - (All sightseeing depends on your train time). Payment Policy

Payment Policy for Customize Trips are like: -

  • ✓ Booking Confirmation: Pay an advance token amount (25% or ₹500, ₹1000, ₹1500, ₹2000 per head, It depends on Trip) to secure your spot — applicable 30 days or more before the trip.
  • ✓ Total Advance Amount 50% Payment: To be cleared 20–15 days before the trip.
  • ✓ 75% Payment: To be cleared 5–3 days before the trip.
  • ✓ 100% Payment: The remaining amount is to be paid once the trip has officially started.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges for Customized Trips are like: -

The following fees apply to Customized Trip cancellations. The cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total billing amount of the trip.

  • ✓ Free Cancellation: Up to 30 days or more before the trip.
  • ✓ 25% Cancellation Fee: If cancelled 20–15 days before the trip.
  • ✓ 50% Cancellation Fee: If cancelled 5–3 days before the trip.
  • ✓ No Refund: If cancelled 2–0 days before the trip.

Rescheduling Policy

If the booking permits rescheduling, it will be processed following the specified terms:

  • ✓ 0 days before the trip: 100% of the booking amount will be charged (no adjustment or refund).
  • ✓ 1 – 15 days before the trip: 25% of the total billing amount will be charged as a rescheduling fee.
  • ✓ 16 days or more before the trip: 15% of the total billing amount will be charged as a rescheduling fee.

For example:
If your total billing amount is ₹10,000 and your rescheduling request is made 15 days before the trip, a rescheduling fee of ₹2,500 (25%) will apply. The remaining ₹7,500 will be adjusted toward the billing amount of your rescheduled trip.

Please note: Rescheduling requests cannot be made via phone or email. All such requests must be initiated through the designated booking platform(WhatsApp / Website).

Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Fixed Departure Trip are like: -

  • ✓ No Refund for any event-based or discounted bookings.
  • ✓ No Refund if less than 50% of the trip amount was paid.
  • ✓ No Refund for cancellations made 14–0 days before the trip.
  • ✓ Partial Refund (after deduction): For cancellations 15 - 29 days before the trip.
  • ✓ Full Refund of Booking Amount: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip.

Refund Policy for Customized Trip are like: -

  • ✓ No Refund for any event-based or discounted bookings.

✓ All guests must carry valid photo ID's (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card/Aadhar Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.

✓ Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. These are generally pre-decided as per operation schedules.

✓ Standard check-in time is 12 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may also attract an additional fee at the property's discretion.

✓ If group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Alafiia Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action, which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.

✓ Do not smoke inside the tent.

✓ Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay or trip.

✓ Alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises as per the property's discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol consumption is not allowed in dorm rooms and common areas. However, it can be consumed in private rooms.

✓ We only accept a government ID as valid identification

✓ You will be charged for any damage or harm to the property caused by you or by your guests.
