1. Neora Valley National Park
This national park, which was founded in 1986, is located very close to the settlement. The 88 km2 Neora Valley National Park is one of the most abundant and wildlife-rich forests in the vicinity. It is well known for having a large Red Panda population. The Indian leopard, Asiatic Black Bear, Sloth Bear, Sambar Deer, Clouded Leopard, and other wild animals can also be spotted in this forest full of rhododendron, bamboo, oak, ferns and sal.

2. Lava
Lava, which is 2350 feet above sea level, is a captivating location to visit. Here, visitors can observe the Kagyu Thekchen Ling Monastery, a stunning monastery. With its vibrant artwork, Tibetan-style architecture, and spectacular perspective of the surrounds, this Buddhist monastery is surprisingly lovely. Travelers can get a breathtaking panoramic picture of the Himalayan Range from the viewpoint Lava.

3. Rishop
Another picturesque hamlet on the foothills of the Himalayas that tourists can visit is Rishop, which is located about 5 km uphill from Lava. The viewpoint at Rishop, which is surrounded by a forest of pine trees, provides an otherworldly panoramic view of the area, including the snow-covered Kanchenjunga summit. From here, you can also see the Sikkim Blue Mountains, Nathu La, and Jelep La Pass.

4. Kolakham
Kolakham has emerged as a prominent tourist destination in recent years. The village is roughly 12 kilometres from Tendrabong and 8 km from Lava away, with an average elevation of 6500 feet above sea level. The lush green valley and the undulating hills may be seen stretching north from this settlement. They did, however, extend all the way to Kanchenjunga in the west. The tranquil setting of Kolakham and the expansive mountain view typically draw tourists from all over.

5. Changey Waterfall
The distance from Kolakham to Changey Fall, one of the area's popular tourist destinations, is only 5 kilometres. Changey Falls, one of the highest falls in the area, draws attention with its cascading water dropping from an impressive height of 400 meters. An unfathomable context is created by the surrounding environment's acute serenity and the sound of the waterfall. Numerous bird sightings are very frequent in this area. Here, it is common to find birds such the White Capped Water Redstart, Verditer Flycatcher, Niltava, Blue Fronted Redstart, Grey Treepie, Indian Robin, and Blue Whistling Thrush.
